Consultation a process of future planning Given that consultation according to Kole Intelletual Forum is treated or considered as an early planning to help them in their project identify areas of agreement on a number of issues, areas or the overall strategic approach and also given the an appropriate time to identify where further understanding on certain issues may be required through further consultation.
Strategically, the organization in its process of consultation that: the organization is using problem-solving consultation that consists of four stages: that is, problem identification, problem analysis, treatment implementation, and treatment evaluation. Through these stages, baseline data are collected and an assessment-informed intervention plan is developed, implemented, and evaluated with the hope of exchanging opinions and collecting advise in a prescribed manner.
Besides that: there is need to develop a conceivable consultation that is expected to lead to better outcomes in the other settings in other projects the organization that the organization plans to undertake, even though the projects demonstrate a sign of low projection. This can happen, for example, where there is substantial initial knowledge about the decision problem among individuals that had implemented a particular project like us who is/had been implementing the project : Empower agirl child: for self-Reliance in Uganda life
