Let our children set their own goals
One of the most common challenges faced by most parents or training Institutes is that they do not know when to stop and back off to their children to allow them set their own goals. Kole Intellectual Forum is one of the few Institues among others that are guiding their students on how to set their own goals rather than making them to known that their parents and the Institute but do not set the goals for them; because they have known that: Children find it easier to accomplish goals that they have set themselves rather than those that their parents/ institute have set for them.
Raise their self-esteem
Another important thing the Institute is promotingg is that: Building the child’s self esteem is key to unlocking a child's potential. The easiest way to raise a child’s self-esteem by encouraging them to be confident in themselves and pursue their success. When you constantly encourage your child to be better and aim high in life, they will feel much more energized. And that’s a good thing.
Encourage your child to realize their passion and talents
It becomes easier to be successful and unlock true potential in your child when he/she knows his/her passion, areas of interest and talent. This is because your child will enjoy unleashing full potential and thus achieve great things and accomplishments in life.
The secret of unlocking true potential in your child that Kole Intellectual Forum is exploring into is by helping your child work for his/her success. Children feel more proud of things they have accomplished rather than those accomplished for them by other people including their parents.
