One project supporting each other: Hence, Gender Equality being promoted by Kole Intellectual Forum.
Gender equality is when people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities. Being noted that: everyone on earth is affected by gender inequality - women, men, children and families. It impacts people of all ages and backgrounds. We need gender equality urgently!!! Is one call that: Kole Intellectual Forum has joined the rest of the development partners across the globe in total support; particularly, to bring on board the boys and girls of different projects but from the fund raised from one project; that is, developing a project that meet the need of the other but also at the same allocating the fund for the purpose of the particular project - no case of diverting the fund. For instance a big plan to build an Institute in Oct 1, 2022: Big Plan to construct an Institute, 2022, $100,000
The fund raised from the Girls empowerment project - Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance in Uganda; when the organization made an appeal for the plan to build an Institute of Home Economics with the intention to empower more girls; when some fund were partly raised, instead of employing the experts to build the Institue, it was that same fund that was used to prepare and employ the boys out of school to build the institute - support for boys project was clearly recognized.
Generally speaking, through these, girls are being empowered and passed out; more are recruited and at the same time, boys were also trained and employed to build the Institute of Home Economics – Kole Intellectual Forum – Hence, promotion of Gender equality is in progress at Kole intellectual Forum.
