According to the Research conducted by the team of Instructors at Kole Intellectual Forum in the two terms of study from November 2022 to date (May, 2023); the study reveals that: when a particular student does a presentation to their fellow students; both of them, the presenter and the audience developed a skill that help them to grow in creativity, independence, and self-confidence; hence, developing their own creative self-reliance in one way or another in tackling global challenges.
In this reference, this finding has become an eye-openner to the team of Kole Intellectual Forum; hence, making the instructors of this great Institute of Home Economics to modify their training processes and because of that, they have inserted a program within their learning hours to have at least one of the student to explain the things that had been taught to them in their own words and understanding.
Precisely, in this case, the trainers have been recorded to have reported that: the students can now identify their own errors: their weaknesses and strengths; and come up with a proper clarity where doubts used to exist.
