Capacity building of the organizational staff for Self-reliance
In one way or another, Capacity building is referred to as that act that fosters a sense of ownership and empowerment to the organization or a body or an institution that is undertaking such an act.
In the an argument of: Grisso & Appelbaum, (1998a) and Roth, Meisel, & Lidz, (1977), for them instead, they argued that, capacity building is defined in terms of four dimensions or criteria: that is, (a) Understanding, (b) Appreciation, (c) Reasoning, and (d) Expression of a Choice
While on the other versions, other scholars refer to capacity building as strengthening either (1) structure; (2) competencies; (3) management systems; (4) enabling policies; (5) knowledge and learning and, or and then (6) leadership.
And since all of these definations cannot be handled at the same time, Kole Intellectual Forum is trying to handle them one at a time beginning with the basic ones. The lady in the above photo is the staff of Kole Intellectual Forum and she has just completed her cause in certificate of community mobilization and she is set to have a small break for about one and a half month. She is a relevantly capacity built for the organization - Kole Intellectual Forum.
