Raising the standard of Girls: International level
Uganda, where this particular project is being implemented: Link #1: Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance in Uganda; is one of the African countries made of different people of different ethnic backgrounds and languages; hence, when they were colonized by the British, the colonial maters amalgamated them under one political boundary that is today call Uganda.
To put them to the National and International seen: these masters introduced an official language to them; and, that was English which is being used by them to date; including the case in question, this very particular project.
Unfortunately, the beneficiaries of this project are the victim of this problem. They are not co-opting with the national and international standard, given that: in Uganda, English is only taught at schools, for their case (the beneficiaries), they are the girls that had dropped out of school and they had not got up the opportunity to learnt English in a proper scale; hence, Kole Intellectual Forum through the support of their donors; particularly, on the platform of GlobalGiving; they have taken up the initiative to properly empower their girls both in skills and others including raising them to the national and international standards. Speaking, reading, writing and spelling English are part of the project they are enforcing at their Institute of Home Economics – academic year 2023
