Although, KIFA stands for Kole Intellectual Forum; VFM on the other hand, is meant to describe the primary driver for procurement or simply it means value for money. It is the key to ensure the optimum utilization of resources. It usually means buying the product or service with the lowest whole-life costs that is fit for purpose and meets specification.
In other words, this concept of Value for money is used at Kole Intellectual Forum to serve the purpose of what the fund has been asked for; particularly, to be more effective, efficient, and to ensure that: there is a full scale use of resources receive in term of donations, which requires an evaluation of relevant costs and benefits along with an assessment of risks, non-price attributes, and/or total cost of ownership as appropriate.
Sincerely speaking: at Kole Intellectual Forum: with references to the members of Board, staff, and the relevant authorities, the implementers of the project are direct by the organizational policies that, the value for money concept is properly realize.
