Encouraging personal empowerment with others chances
At Kole Intellectual Forum, Institute of Home Economics, they team encourage personal empowerment that includes: taking control of your own life, and making positive decision on what you want or what you want to do; linking them to self-esteem and self-confidence; while taking into the account that: the true empowerment comes from converting your intention into action.
This ideal approach at the Institute is promoted on the basis that: personal empowerment means giving yourself permission to succeed; but it should not mean going on it alone; but, you need to include others chances in term of input, support and guidance.
