The Heart of the Community program is a breakout moment for placemaking by investing in placemaking, for that matter, Kole Intellectual Forum is making a bold statement about their vital role they intend to play in their communities. And by encouraging them - their many participants in placemaking by making them to understand their Community Based Organization is as ell as learning how essential it is to them.
In another projection, it looks like, they are working hard to strengthen their connection between people and to make them understand that the community is the expert when it comes to creating a vision for their development and that is when they can develop a shared opportunity for creative expression
