Empowering the Girls to be nationalists Uganda where the project of Kole Intellectual Forum is operating from; is one country that is made of different tribes and when it was colonized by British in late 1800; a number of these different ethnic groups with different languages were brought together under the same political boundary; languages barriers therefore became a big problem; unfortunately, the official language that was brought on board was and up to now only taught in schools; meaning, if you are not a school going child, it would therefore mean, you would not meet the standard of being an official or a national human being in Uganda.
Although the girls recruited by Kole Intellectual Forum to certain extent dropped out of school; to the greater extent they had not fully being empowered with the official language; the task that Kole Intellectual Forum is working out modalities to bridge the gap; by engaging the girls to learn the language from the very basic as you can see the girls committed to.
