Empowering to control and manage the society
At Kole Intellectual Forum, students are engaged with a full capacity to control and manage the society; where in that capacity, students are assumed to be those, that would influence and work with others in their societies and to manage their own resources effectively. Empowering someone to control and manage the societies is expected to have helped them to take care of themselves.
To strengthen the students’ capacities; the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum is concentrating at: • Building their self confidence • Psychological and emotional empowerment • Investing in multi-stakeholder engagement and peer learning. ... • Aligning the CSO’s activities (Kole Intellectual Form) with that of government agendas.
Above all, this Institute is advocating for Psychological Empowerment; that is, defined as a motivational construct manifested in four cognitions: meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. Together, these four cognitions should reflect an active workforce rather than a passive, and orientation to a work role.
