Borrowing the idea of Zimmerman (1995), he points out that, empowerment is an open-ended construct that may not be fully captured by a single operation uniformly; because, by its very nature, empowerment takes on different forms in distinct populations, contexts, and times.
Noting that lack of theoretical basis and the inherent power imbalance the expected empowerment approaches. For example, for any programs to work out well; then that program must be grounded in a clear conceptualization of theory of empowerment, rather than assuming that programs themselves are the real empowerment
To achieve to its emphasize to realize a positive outcome in skilling the students: Kole has recruited knowledgeable instructors that are well verse with theorical concept of evrything they are instructing before going into practical part of it. In doing, the students and administrators feel secure in everything they are doing.
