Group Discussions & Presentations Promoted
With the hope of empowering the girls under the four basic components of a Group Discussion and strong presentations gear towards the ability to build their capacity in modern leadership, acquired knowledge, communication skills, and personality manifestation among others; the Instructors of the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum is using a comprehensive Group discussion (GD) technique to judge the suitability of an individual and their appropriateness for a job they are being mentor to undertake. In the process, the Instructors assess the overall personality – thoughts, feelings and behavior - of every individual in a group through the topic that is presented to the group members for discussion.
Whereas through Group presentations, they Instructors too, give tremendous opportunities to them create something much greater than an individual can normally do; and it is found out that this technique always makes it easier and quicker for the learners to do things on your own, above, they have also proved to be more effective as part of a team that combines the knowledge and talents of several people.
