Performance can improve greatly if research suggestions and recommendations are properly implemented.
Research outcome means the results and conclusions arrived at as the result of particular research activities and these include among others products, processes, experimental methods and supporting data. Typical examples of outcomes in terms of science laboratory are those things like getting cure, clinical worsening, and mortality. In actual sense, the primary outcome is viewed as a variable that is the most relevant to answer to the research question. Ideally, it should be patient-centered, that is, it should be an outcome that matters to patients, such as quality of life and survival
Although, outputs and outcomes may sound similar; but in the real sense, they have distinct meanings. For instance, outputs refer to the results of a specific activity or initiative; meanwhile, at the same time, outcomes are the overall impact or value created by those outputs. Understanding this difference is crucial for accurately measuring and evaluating initiatives.
In real relation to those above (Health matters in Health centers) the issue on the ground is that: Kole Intellectual Forum conducted a research or investigated matters on the issues related to poor performance in public primary schools in Kole District; and regrettable realized a number of courses that brought about also a number of suggestions and recommendations for proper outcomes and outputs. Among the recommendations and suggestions are attempt to revise items and activities that can build the child’s interest in education (generally speaking, the recommendation call for proper support to extra curriculum activities), motivation of teachers and educational stakeholders, equipping the schools with learning aids, and so on.
A single test piloting of one idea of these recommendations supported by the fund from donors of GlobalGiving was done by Kole Intellectual Forum at one of the worse performing school within this district and the output and outcome of the result was very positive. Performance improved greatly. It was about equipping the candidate class with learning aids as well as equipping the scouting department with uniform and other required equipments.
