Kole Intellectual Forum with the interest to perform to the best of the expectation of the nonprofit organization standard; they ensure that every person that is recruited to the organization; to perfect well, before he or she assume the office; she/he is always put to undergo the orientation to the organization.
In the orientation at Kole Intellectual Forum: the new employee is provided with the employee handbook; given and discuss with him/her the details of the organizational policies; thoroughly explain the details of the job; setting goals and action steps; among others, clearly define overarching expectations. Generally speaking, the intention is to provide new employees with basic information about the employer and to ensure the new perform to the expectation of the employer meanwhile keeping a good relationship at the work place
