Individual and collective responsibilities promoted at Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of Home Economics
Thus, it is fitting, at least that Kole Intellectual Forum through it Institute of Home Economics; they have a mode of teaching that has distinguished two types of responsibility: one of an individual type (someone feeling responsible for herself and the other of a collective type is about feeling responsible for the whole group, but at the same time broadening and individual knowledge
In the context of self-development, responsibility also known as self-responsibility or personal responsibility is the acknowledgment that you, the individual, through your thinking, feelings and behavior are in control of how you experience life and how you can do you own things; and,
Collective ones refers to a situation where individual members of a group are held responsible for the group's actions as a whole. Once a position has been agreed and voted on then, members must abide by that position. One unique thing about it is that it broadens up an individual knowledge
