Physical Exercise supported by the Donors
Having learnt that: physical exercise is a crucial thing that generally contribute towards one’s health and it makes you physically active, improves on your brain health, helps in managing weight, reduces risk that comes from diseases, strengthens bones and muscles, and also improves on your ability to do everyday activities.
In order to live life healthily at the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum, with support from GlobalGiving, physical exercise is made compulsary to help the students to exercise for mental and physical developmen as it is expected to play a roll in their overall growth and maintain a balance between work, rest and activities.
