Preparing for marketing of students’ outcome
At the Institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum; the Institute trains the girls in garment cutting and textile; one of a course unit of Home Economic at the Institute.
In the process of training, students make a number of products that need to be disposed off. And members of Board of the organization has directed the management to sell the product to raise fund for the upcoming organizational programs - purpose of sustaiinability.
In a general terms, preparing for Marketing, it means to cut, harvest, receive, sort, wash, grade, trim, pack, process, transport, or other words it means preparing celery for a market in fresh form for a fresh consumption at any given form.
Marketing therefore refers to activities a company or an organization undertakes to promote, raising of some revenue from their product or service; mainly, to raise their profit for the former (company) but for nonprofit organization is to raise revenue for their cause or program among others; and, it would also means advertising, selling, and delivering products to consumers or for their beneficiaries for the case of nonprofit organization.
Kole intellectual Forum will use the principle of social enterprise to sell this product. one, it will sell to the low income earners at a reduce price, two. that: the revenue raised will be employed to the organization programs., and three, the beneficiaries will benefit from the revenue.
