Food a key substance for a family health
With love and as part of the training to understand more about the course of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum engage a number of 10 students this year 2024; the Institute is ensuring the students first and foremost are cooking for themselves, to ensure to develop their knowledge on food and the share such food with their Institute staff; a sample of a family eating and enjoying meals together with their members with the hope of empowerment them, looking and feeling healthier of the family members, boosting family energy, stabilizing family mood, and improving their sleep and resilience to stress.
Through the training, the family, represented by the Institute, they are made aware that: food is something that provides nutrients, whereby, nutrients are substances that provide: energy for activity, growth, and all functions of the body such as breathing, digesting food, and keeping warm; materials for the growth and repair of the body, and for keeping the immune system healthy and it must be taken seriously for a family as the students are be prepared for a good home.
