Creating Organizational culture: Students lives Kole Intellectual Forum at its Institute of Home Economics has beliefs, values and attitudes (organizational culture) to ensure that the behaviours of their students are influence to adopt to the enviroment of good results by aligning themselves to be the students of quality that can meet the International standards and also to know the tools that they are going to use during the training among others is toknow how to repair and maintain their sewing machines.
At Kole Intellectual Forum, they believe that: having a strong organizational culture can help them to attract the right beneficiaries and keep them engage to the goal of their organization; that is, to empower a Girl child for self-reliance; although, they have also learnt that: creating a winning organizational culture takes a lot of time and effort —but the best of it all is that, however much time it takes, once the culture is created, the results always reflect organizational values and align the organizational activities with its mission.
