CSOs Coordinating with District Officials

With the invitation of Chief Adminstrative Officer (CAO) Kole District to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) operating within his District; to present to them their progress reports, financial statements, success stories and the challenges they are encountering at their area of operations on the 04/04/2024; while at the same time devising means for proper coordination among the CSOs and District Officials; Kole Intellectual Forum happened to be among them.

At the meeting all that had been asked by the above authorieties were presented to them and even the reactions were generated; agreed upon were:

Quarterly meeting has to be conducted at the District,
Quarterly progress reports
CSOs has to organize sectorial meentings
Mapping of CSOs has to be done by the five appointed officials
Memoranda of understanding has to be signed between District officials and CSOs
And many more as several meetings will be conducted.
