What is the theory of skills development being used by the Institute of knowledge?
In a rare and unsual situation: Kole Intellecual Forum is intereted to develop complex skills to both boys and girls out schools through skill development theory that suggests that, the instruction should include process of developing a relevant information as well as the outcome result that can generated a positive feedback.. in the teachingprocess, the Institute of knowledge is supplying knowledge of performance via debriefs and reflection in action.
With hope of improving specific skills that the students are engaged at, to be more efficient and effective when performing a task; the Institute are using three main types of skill development: Upskilling: Improving the students’ skills in the previous or would be their current role. Cross-skilling: Learn new skills from their current role and interpersonal skills that equires effective communication, interaction, and working with individuals and groups. Those with good interpersonal skills are strong verbal and non-verbal communicators and are often considered to be “good with people”.
