Learning together for a better outcome
We know, and research has also confirmed that, we learn better when we learn together. That's why Kole Intellectual Forum in its Institute of Knowledge is encouraging their students to share a number of issues with their fellow colleagues and friends and discuss their learning processes by: asking questions, sharing opinions, and finding common ground through agreement and disagreement
The outcome of this kind of learning is that: they acquiring knowledge in this domain that can help them to become more aware of their strength and weaknesses as well as helping them to identify some hidden facts that could have not easily come out if the learning was based on the teacher's centered approach.
What the Institute has realized is that: through the learning approach, it benefits the students and because of that collaborative learning, they realize the followings: Development of higher-level thinking, oral communication, self-management, and leadership skills; including promotion of student-faculty interaction, an increase in self-esteem and drawing high level of commitment in the work
