Searching for means to improve on education performance
In 1996, the Universal Primary Education (UPE) policy was introduced in Uganda with an effort to improve the primary education sector indicators of: access, equity, efficiency, and quality. The following year (1997) primary education was made free and in 2008 it was made compulsory; making the matters that has to deal with quality education to be very complicated, particularly, in public primary school in Kole District and the entire country at large.
Although, it would not be limited to one thing, but to certain extent, the numbers of research conducted by Kole Intellectual Forum from 2016; the findings indicated that: among others, proper communication channel is realized to be the most important factor in improving quality education, efficiency and productivity in the education system; from that fact, the study indicated that, without communication, a student/pupil and teacher relationship will be hampered and students will not gain freedom to perform
