Under the leadership of the organization; the Managing Director of Kole Intellectual Forum has set the vision and long-term goals of the organisation, delegating it to the supervisors up to the very bottom to see into it that, the level of administration flows from the top to the bottom and vis-visa. This strategy according to the Director of Kole Intellectual Forum is meant to achieve the organizational vision, as well as the monitoring the implementation.
In the photo above is about the command of the administration flowing in the department of Garment cutting and Textile as the Instructor exercises his duty of instructing, guiding, inspiring, counseling, overseeing and leading students towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
