Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA): Encouraging Students’ Potentials
Kole Intellectual Forum at the Institute of Knowledge goes beyond its endeavors not to train the girls only but also to explore into their potentials; that is, giving their students a moment to experience, think, investigate, probe, inquire, collect information, question, test, make inferences about relationships and problem solving. They promote all sort of "academic play", a chance to muck-about in learning. In that, when you visit our Institute of Knowledge, you'll see prospective students checking out the library, the dorms, and athletic facilities, learning how to Instruct, reading, palying, singing, dancing, and doing all sort of things to display their talents. This is where the team of Intellectuals would be studing their students’ potentials and try to build on it.
It is not to the surprise that: some of their students of 2023 who exhibited their potential or ability to do the Instructional work are being enouraged to come back at the Institute to do further training with the interest to be deploying them at the intended new branches of the Institute that will be opened at the later time.
