Staff capacity Building Through Education
After learning that: staff capacity building through education is a crucial aspect of organizational development and ensuring the success of our institution - at Kole Intellectual Forum; we have decided through our members of Board, to send some of our staff for further studies so that they can gain necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to enhance their performance, productivity, and professional growth.
With this project (staff capacity building), the assignment has made the Institution to create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages staff to actively participate in their performance and they are really providing the necessary resources, infrastructure, and time to the Institution with a proper collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship among themselves.
In the photo above, is one of the many staff who is undergoing education capacity building. She is being sponsored in a course of Diploma in Community Mobilization in one of the Universities in Northern Uganda.
