The female empowerment KIFA advocates for
Empowerment that Kole Intellectual Forum advocates for, comes from their terms of making a difference and knowing they have the power to create positive change of the female in their area of operations; by providing each girl with a journal of life where they can document their thoughts, feelings, accomplishments, and aspirations; encouraging them to use the journal as a tool for self-reflection and growth in the life in the process of all time of training.
To them, they believe, any female is capable of doing everything that a man can do and even more than that because the reason behind their existence on earth is assumed life and to enjoy it the fullest of human rights and that it must certified fully. On this context, Kole Intellectual Forum in its Institute of Knowledge at Kole District, is ensuring that in about 3 years from this report; they should give full empowerment to more than 200 girls or more
