Practical training on food and nutrition
To the knowledge of Kole Intellectual Forum through its Institute of Knowledge, they are trying as much as possible to go into details with their teaching of their students both in practical and theorectical ways. In Home Economics, food and nutritions course unit is taken as main subject of the course; although those other ones are equally important; however, to some extent, it is treated as the basis of all course units supplemented by the other four; that is, hygiene and sanitation, textile and garment cuttung, child development, and home management.
In the photo above, the students are being engaged in food and nutrition practically; beginning with cutting of the beef follows by others, upto when it is ready for eating.
