Individualism versus collectivism in the training
Although Kole Intellectual Forum is adventuring to explore into all avenue to support all different skills and experiences t6o their st6udents that can be brought on to the table; with aim of taking into the con sideration that: the diverse experiences can lead their training into better decision-making and problem solving.
To them, they consider that: collective effort can bring about, more personal and proffessional experiences that will inform ideas and decision-making; whereas, individualism is considered to a person freedom of decision, independence, and he pursuit of individual goals.
Conclusively, Kole Intellectual Forum is trying to use double standard in their in an attempt to generate a meaningful outcome
