Evaluating the organizational functions and operational process
With the organizational goals set, during the admission of the students; Kole Intellectual Forum categorically explain both in writing and verbally what the as an organization is committed to and the guardians/parents of the student s are also meant to do; and there is termly meeting between the school administrators and the parents to evaluate each other’s performance.
Last term, term II that ended on the 23/08/2024: parents, school administrators and students of Kole Intellectual Forum met to evaluate their performance; and it was in that meeting that the parents and the students appreciated the effort the donors are putting on the progress of the organization and they got committed to see into it that: whatever little they have been to fulfill in term of cost sharing; they will be prepared to do it next term (term III) of this academic year 2024
