Benefits of sharing available resources: multiple projects
With constant research always done by Kole Intellectual Forum to get the best out of many or little resources they do have; the organization has found out that, through sharing of resources however big or small it may be, it can help them to spread the cost of owning high-quality and durable goods, reduce the cost of caring for the properties that they may also be having or even the services they may be providing.
They have also learnt that: resource planning across multiple projects is a critical endeavor for any organization aiming for efficiency, productivity, and business success like their case – Kole Intellectual Forum.
However, according to a study by RGPM, they noted that: “59% of project managers who run two to five projects simultaneously struggle to manage resources effectively.”
