Self-learning is being practiced at KIFA
Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of Home Economics believes in self learning; whereby students concentrate on their learning among themselves. At it, self-learning, they are expected to self-direct themselves and in the process, it can help to turn themselves into lifelong learners. From it, they can learn the skills that can be applied to any learning situation as well as developing an intrinsic drive to fill knowledge gaps and pick up new skills. Obviously, lifelong learners of Kole Intellectual Forum are being seen to enjoy the process of learning, which is great for their personal and professional growth.
Basically, they are observed to have gained confidence in trying to learn new things and at the same time, stretching other things by themselves. Ideally, they are expected to have continual learning that can contribute to higher levels of resilience and self-efficacy when they are completing to a particular task or tackling a challenge
