Kole Intellectual Forum: Community engagement
Community engagement is the process of working with community stakeholders Kole Intellectual Forum is doing to: Build relationships, Achieve sustainable dialogue, Make informed decisions, Promote sustainable decisions, and Empower citizens to take responsibility to what matters to them;
Basically, among other things, Kole Intellectual Forum is doing is to involve taking a strategic approach to an organization's community-based stakeholders. This includes building relationships, developing communications, and managing interactions in order to achieve specific outcomes for the organization and the community itself.
In the approach above and below, to identify what are needed to build the capacity of the organization to the highest order; Kole organization has organize and intend to be organizing dialogue (s) that engages or engage the stakeholders into serious developmental matters of their area
