When colonial masters came to Africa; particularly, Uganda, the country was colonized by the British; and, it was unfortunate that, on making up the political boundary; so many people of different background and at the same time with different language, could not properly communicate to each other than to be taught an official language that could use across the country; and the language that was taught across the country was English.
And at Kole Intellectual Forum, English is also treated as a source of an Empowerment to girls; and the Institute is putting much emphasis in teaching them on how to make sound, read write and speak English.
