Having learnt, understood and valued the importance of community engagement in developing of civil society organizations’ programs; Kole Intellectual Forum, has moved hand in hand with its community and because of that, the organization has built a more deeper, strong and trusted relationships with the communities they work for and they are able to design every program that shots their interest; and this have enable them to,

Listen to the community members' needs and opinions and link them to their
Build open communication with communities that has helped to build trust, respect, as well as addressing rumors.
Provide people with the right information, a tool of decision-making and connect them with others as well as involving community members in decision-making processes, a process of maintaining sustainable decisions.
Accessing local knowledge and expertise from the local community
Leverage additional resources and expertise from the community through their engagement.
