The code of ethnic that Kole Intellectual Forum advocates for is dressing of ethics; that allows them to express their individual differences, boost their confidence in transforming the society, and create a positive impression to others. By carefully selecting the quality of their attire, they consider their unique factors like organizational style, occasion, and emotional impact that can reveal that particular event.
In the research those are conducted by their team, they observed that: dressing can instill confidence in others and lends credibility to their words and actions; a tool that is expected to enhance credibility and reinforce ability for organization to be accepted in the community
