To Kole Intellectual Forum, an implementation plan that is also known to them as a strategic plan is that tool that outlines the steps their team should take when accomplishing a shared goal or objective. For the year 2025, they (the implementing body of the organization) are using the plan to combine strategy, process, and action that include all the parts of the project from scope to budget and beyond. Through this guide, they discuss what an implementation plan is and how it can be operated to generate a positive outcome.
To them, the implementation of projects require planning that is strategically laid out. In that: an implementation plan functions as the blueprint for any shared objective; that includes everything from the project strategy, to the budget, to the list of people working on the project.
Meaning that: in this guide, the implementers include everything that is needed in the implantation from the beginning to the end.
