Research to collect data and Knowledge: real-world
In the interest of collecting data and making observations in real-world settings as the progressive develop programs that serve the interest of the beneficiaries; Kole Intellectual Forum, time and again involves the staff into the studying people, cultures, or natural environments to understand the ways things are happening in such manners and how human are behaving in the way they do.
The organization is always to its duty to send their staff to the field work to establish facts about their programs from the real proposed beneficiaries and how the program can transform their lives and impact their societies.
The staff above, is a field worker with the professionally of community mobilization. She is therefore set for field work to enrich the organization with knowledge and ideas
