Yearly Installation of supervisors
Every year Kole Intellectual Forum creates an opportunity to Install the supervisors; that is, by installing them to the next level of their job, meaning they are either confirm or promoted from the current job and given up an opportunity to take up on more responsibilities at the higher-level of management, often involving additional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and broader oversight beyond what he or she had been doing.
The key roles why Kole Intellectual Forum install their supervisors is because, they have:
Identified their potential:
Assessing which supervisors demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude to transition to a higher management position.
Or made them to tailor development plans:
Creating personalized training programs for each supervisor, focusing on areas like strategic planning, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building.
Mentorship and coaching are some areas of concern:
Pairing supervisors with experienced managers to provide guidance, feedback, and support as they develop new skills.
Above all, exposing them to the higher-level tasks:
Gradually assigning supervisors more complex responsibilities, like project management, budget oversight, or cross-functional collaboration, to prepare them for a more senior role.
Among them is also, engaging them in the leadership training programs:
Providing formal training on leadership styles, communication techniques, and motivational strategies.
