KIFA: Celebrates successes with stakeholders
Kole Intellectual Forum in an attempt to foster a sense of unity, pride, and shared accomplishment, by strengthening relationships and boosting morale, with the community; the organization has ultimately trying to celebrate every little of their successes with community with the hope of:
They have learnt that if they publicly acknowledged their achievements with the community, whether big or small, they can significantly boost community and staff’s morale and engagement to understand the activities of the organization and also staff to get more committed to their duties.
Shared celebrations create opportunities for the organization to connect, collaborate, and build stronger relationships within the community.
They also realized that: since the organization work with people, when the successes are linked to their responsibilities; they feel valued and recognized for their contributions, and it makes them to foster a stronger sense of belonging and pride in their community.
