Why should an KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum) conduct community outreach?
With the hope of understanding the very specific needs and challenges within a community Kole Intellectual Forum, the months of March and April of 2025 has been dedicated to selected members of the organization to conduct outreach program to enable them to tailor their programs and interventions effectively within the community they serve.
This has been put in place intentionally to:
They are assuming that: if they do engage with community directly, it can help them to build trust and rapport, fostering stronger relationships between them and the people they serve.
They also look at outreach efforts to be that: that make them to ensure that diverse groups, including marginalized populations, have a voice and are represented in decision-making processes.
By providing education, resources, and opportunities, Kole Intellectual Forum can empower individuals and communities to advocate for themselves and participate in their own development.
