Community development stakeholders meeting
To facilitate effective community development in Kole District, Northern Uganda; Kole Intellectual Forum is organizing various stakeholders meetings with the hope of identifying key participants, by discussing project goals, and ensure alignment of efforts, ultimately assuming they can the drawn the proposal projects to a more impactful and sustainable outcome.
To the organization, they generate the following questions:

An inclusivity and a representation: to ensure that, all relevant voices are heard and considered in the development process.
Shared Understanding: that can help to establish a common vision and goals for community development, fostering collaboration.
Resource Mobilization: to facilitate the identification and allocation of resources, including financial, human, and technical support.
Conflict Resolution: to provide a platform for addressing potential conflicts and building consensus.
Sustainability: to ensure that development initiatives are aligned with the needs and priorities of the community, leading to long-term success.
