Testing ability of each learner through self-learning
Kole Intellectual Forum through its Institute of Home Economics is approaching learning to their students through a number of ways; among them is Self-learning skills, whereby each every student is given a moment to conduct what is called an auto didacticism or self-education, or to move onto with the process of acquiring knowledge or skills independently, without formal instruction or a teacher. It involves identifying learning needs, setting goals, finding resources, and evaluating one's own progress.
In the process, an individual takes up the initiative to learn new things on her own, rather than relying on formal education systems or instructors; or being responsible for organizing their learning, setting goals, and finding relevant resources; making tem to be well of motivated and disciplined, as well as being able to stay focused and consistent with their learning goals as you can see in the photos above.
