Attending workshops to develop an NGO and its resources
To effectively manage Kole Intellectual Forum as an NGO and its resources, the team of the organization has to search for more data, especially those that ones that can focus on strategic planning, resource mobilization, financial management, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement, while also emphasizing impact measurement and continuous improvement; from various stakeholders.
With Strategic Planning and Goal Setting, the team has to send their representative in a number of workshop to clear define their Mission, Vision, and Values:
Clearly articulate the NGO's purpose, long-term aspirations, and core principles.
While at the same time, identifying their Target Beneficiaries as well as fixing their aims to who they intend to serve with the specific issues they going to address.
