The values of an assembly to KIFA
At Kole Intellectual Forum, school assemblies is treated with deep concern because it serves multiple purposes, that includes building community of students, fostering leadership and communication skills, promoting social and cultural awareness, and instilling discipline and values. The system also provides a platform for announcements, celebrations, and addressing disciplinary issues.
It is also taken to a place where students from different classes and backgrounds, creating a sense of unity and shared identity; fostering a feeling of belonging and promote social cohesion within themselves; as well as providing for opportunities for students to participate in performances, presentations, and public speaking, enhancing their communication skills and confidence.
