Heads of Department sit Quarterly A year
According to the constitution of Kole Intellectual Forum, members of board for the organization are supposed to meet thrice a year, heads of department quarterly a year, executive officers monthly, junior officers weekly and lower officers are supposed to do so thrice a week, including the annual general meeting that is done once a year, and it is always done at the beginning of the year to review the all activities of the previous year.
This kind of set in the meetings of Kole Intellectual Forum, has created a lot of confident among the members, trust among themselves, and it also propel the organization from one level to another.
