Out of all he students that might have completed a course of Home Economics with the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum; at least one or two are retained for further internship while the rest may be sent out to other organizations, institutions or companies for the same. At both outside and those may remain behind; they would undergo to what is called the transition from a studentship (or academic program) to an internship that involves gaining practical experience in a professional setting. Internships settings offer them an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and develop industry-specific skills, while also building their professional network and improving their employability.
At an internship is a period of work experience: the company or organization typically offer to students or recent graduates practical skills and knowledge in a specific field. It often involves working alongside experienced professionals and learning about the day-to-day operations of a business; allowing them to apply for their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
