Team of KIFA members conduct their meeting
As it has been the core principle of the No-Governmental Organizations; it has always been a requirement for the registration bureau that in the process of registration, the NGO should state how the organization will be managed with the support from the board members; because they are considered to be a very essential element of NGO management since they provide strategic oversight and governance of an organization, ensuring its long-term success and sustainability.
They the other hand, they also act as a collective "mind" for the organization, guiding decision-making, holding management accountable, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
According to Kole Intellectual Forum, Board members help their organization in setting up its strategic direction and vision; providing guidance and oversight to ensure the organization is moving towards its goals; and also, they are also known for analyzing data, identifying opportunities, as well as helping the organization adapt to changes in the external environment.
