KIFA celebrates Hero’s Day: Uganda
In its smallest capacity, Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) joined the rest of their citizens in the celebration of the Country’s hero’s Day that was, observed on June 9th, 2025 that was made a public holiday. The day is meant to commemorate individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the nation's liberation, development, and dignity. This day according to the framers in Uganda is considered to be that time devoted to honor the sacrifices made by those who fought for Uganda's freedom, those who have served the country with distinction, and of course, those who have positively impacted the lives of others.
Of all the emphasis advocated on the Hero’s day, Kole Intellectual Forum’s focus value is on the development of young generations and also to emphasize on the importance of patriotism, unity, and commitment to Uganda's positive future.
